Our team Facebook group continues to be a fabulous resource for business-related advice and support during the pandemic. We’re aware that not all team members use Facebook and for those that do, it can be difficult to go back and find important information. To help, we have collated all of the recent links relating COVID-19 support into one blog post.

Signed for / tracked items with postage bought online should be taken to a Post Office and handed over the counter. Some team members have reported that after they had put these directly into a postbox, they found that they were scanned at the depot before sorting and then tracking continued as normal. Please note that anyone doing this does so at their own risk and that they won’t receive valid proof of postage from the Post Office.
International incidents bulletin
At the time of writing, service is suspended to 31 countries and delayed/reduced in many others.
Post Office branch finder
Many branches are now operating reduced hours – please check before you travel and remember to adhere to the social distancing rules.
